A home for you

Your heavenly home

In the beginning, God created the world. He created the sun, moon, and stars, as well as plants and animals. On the sixth day, he made man in his own image and gave him the breath of life. This first man was Adam, and his wife's name was Eve.

God provided them with a home in a beautiful garden. God loved Adam and Eve, and they loved God. God instructed Adam to care for the garden. God told them that they could eat whatever they wanted, except from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and that they would die if they disobeyed.

One day something horrible happened! Adam and Eve sinned when they disobeyed God and ate fruit from the forbidden tree. They were scared of God and hid from him.God knew where they were hiding. He came and called Adam.

God told him that because they had disobeyed, they would have to leave their beautiful garden. God did not forget Adam and Eve. I still loved them. He promised to send his only Son Jesus to this world. Jesus would die for their sin so they could live!

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). Jesus came! He taught that all people have sinned. Sinners must die.

Jesus loved us so much that he told God that he would die for the sins of all people. He died for every person he has done wrong. Good news: Jesus is alive! He rose from the grave! He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14: 6).

Jesus wants to take us home to his heavenly Father.

Sometimes we don't feel loved. The people around us are sad, hurt, or angry. Perhaps we are afraid or feel an internal longing that never disappears. We wonder who can help us and why we feel so alone. God placed that longing deep in our hearts because He loves us.

It is a special thing that draws us to our heavenly Father. God wants to replace that longing in our hearts with His love.He wants you to pray from your heart and say, "Jesus, I need you. I am tired of my sins. Please, Jesus, wash me and I will get away from all these ugly things."

Jesus listens to your sincere supplication. He washes you and prepares you for that home he is preparing. Before leaving this earth, Jesus said: "Do not let your hearts be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me.

In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you "(John 14: 1-2). That heavenly home is a quiet place where there is infinite joy and love.

Jesus made that home so beautiful that he will never let ugliness or sin enter.

If our hearts are stained with sin when we die, Jesus will not let us in.

What will it be like to live with Jesus? There will be no more pain, fear or hunger. No more sickness, death or sad farewells. There we will sing and praise God with the redeemed of all the earth.

Finally at home! Home in heaven with Jesus our Savior!

Your heavenly home
